Hello! It's week three of the Waffle Flower Challenge which means I have a card to share with you! This month's challenge was stamp layering:
And here is my card:
It ended up being a one layer card, too! I started by stamping the doily from the Circle Doily Stamp Set with white pigment ink onto my card front. Once it was dry, I blended some pink ink over it. I love how there is a ghost image of it! Next, I pulled out the Notions Stamp Set. I stamped the thread bobbins in some fun colors. I stamped the sentiment over the top in black and added some stamped hearts around the outside. I embellished with just a few puffy black heart stickers. Here is a closer look:
I love how this one turned out! Layering stamps is fun!
The challenge is still going on through this week so I hope if you have a chance, you'll play along with us! The challenges have been so inspiring this season! Don't forget to pop over to the Waffle Flower Blog to see what the other ladies created this week!

Stamp Layering With White Ink
Hello! I am sharing a video about this simple layered stamping technique on the Waffle Flower Crafts blog today! It is simple and may not have warranted a video but sometimes it's easy to forget just how simple techniques can be! They don't all need to take a half an hour to do, right? :)
This card features the DT Mix Stamp Set, Holiday Labels-Merry Stamp Set, Doily Circle Stamp Set, and Flower Circle Dies. I did some layering with white cardstock as well. I kept the embellishments and layout simple so the stamping would really stand out.
Here is a closer look at the center:

A Merry and Bright One-Layer Card
Look at this! Two posts in two days? I am loving it!! :)
Today I am sharing a fun card I made this weekend using a christmastime favorite from Waffle Flower Crafts:
This one ended up being only one layer. I was going to cut out the design and add it to a different card front but loved how simple and bold it looked on the white. I ended up cutting it down to a square instead!
The stamps are from the Doily Square Stamp Set and the Holiday Labels-Merry Stamp Set. I started by stamping the center part. I inked up the stamp with coral ink and then spritzed it with some water. You can see the water spots in the stamped image- isn't that cool?
I added the green stamped doily next and then stamped the sentiment and label in black. I added a few black snowflakes, a splatter of coral ink, and a few sequins to finish this one off!
This one was super quick to create but super fun! I am loving the stamp layering technique- it's the Waffle Flower Challenge this month and it's been inspiring my cards! :) Pop over to the Waffle Flower Blog for more info on the challenge!

Poinsettia Card
Hello!
Guess what! I made it through my first semester back at school!! I am finishing up my final essays and tests this week but the classes are done and I'm feeling pretty good about it! Yay!! I am so excited to have a month off and have already started some new projects. I even pulled out my stamps to play just for fun! It has been since August since that happened- not that design team work isn't fun lol! I am so thankful to have that to force me to get crafty every so often. :)
Today I thought I'd share a card I made using a new stamp set I picked up from Stampin' Up! this season:
This set is called Reason for the Season. It has this pretty 3-step flower and some great sentiments. I paired it with my favorite new tag die by Neat and Tangled and some paper from My Mind's Eye. I embellished with a few sequins, some washi tape, a bit of twine and gold thread. A little bit of sparkle made this one really pretty!
I am so happy to have a few more minutes to my day now! I will try to share like crazy while I can lol! :) Hope you are all doing well! Thanks for popping to to look today!

Merry and Bright Christmas Tag
Hello there! Today Waffle Flower Crafts is up on the 25 Days of Christmas Tags Hop at Tracey McNeely's blog. What fun it has been to follow along with her hop- so many great companies have played along and all have offers of a chance to win goodies! Pop over to Tracey's blog for more information and to check out the Waffle Flower giveaway. The design team and challenge design team ladies have made some awesome tags!! Here is mine:
I started with a sand colored tag. I stamped the doily from the Doily Circle Stamp Set onto the background. For this watercolored look, I colored over the stamp with two green and two red markers. Then I spritzed it with water before stamping. Isn't it pretty stamped like that?
The sentiment is from the Holiday Labels- Merry Stamp Set. It was stamped with Versamark and then embossed with black powder so it really stands out. I added a few sequins, some washi tape, cardstock, and a bit of twine and ribbon to finish it off.
Over the weekend, I made 30 tags for Christmas! I am glad to have a pile of cute tags to add to our gifts and they were fun to create! A bunch of my crafty friends were able to get together and make them- I think that is why they were so fun! :) Friends always make crafty time better!

A Fall Hello Card for the Waffle Flower Challenge
I have an autumn hello card to share with you today featuring this month's Waffle Flower Challenge technique- masking. I am usually too lazy to mask anything but when I do it, I always love how it turns out! Here is my card:
I punched a circle out of some computer paper and used the paper as my mask to sponge color into a circle shape. I used the same color ink to stamp the leaves from the Leafy Stamp Set in. I also splattered it onto the background. Once my main image was done, I added some embellishments and the sentiment from the Flower Circles Stamp Set which was stamped onto vellum cut out with the Holiday Label 1 Die. I embossed it using Liquid Platinum embossing powder. The colors were also inspired by the challenge!
There is still lots of time to play along with this month's challenge! I hope you pop over to the Waffle Flower Blog to check out today's post and play along with the Waffle Flower Challenge! Thanks so much for popping by here today!

Thankful For You Card
Good morning! I'm starting my day off with a pumpkin spice latte delivered by my sweet hubby from Starbucks! You can't get better than that! :) Well, maybe if I had the day off to craft... hee hee!
I have a card to share today! It features stamps from Waffle Flower Crafts:
As soon as I saw the cute jar stamp from the new Good Stuff Stamp Set I knew I had to pair it with the daisies from the A Bunch Stamp Set! I decided to go with a cleaner look for this card and started with some bold patterned paper from Echo Park. I stamped everything out and then die cut it all using the matching dies! I am so happy for matching dies! :) The sentiment is from the Holiday Labels Give Thanks Stamp Set- isn't it nice?
This one was super quick- no coloring or cutting thanks to these fun stamps and dies!! Thanks for stopping by today!

Ketchup and Mustard Card
Hi! Happy Wednesday! Today is just beautiful! I've been busy at the school creating a fun bulletin board this morning and it was so nice to walk out into the sunshine when I was done! I wish I could spend a little more time outside today but I am heading to a class this afternoon. :) Before I hit the road, I thought I'd pop on and share a card I made using the cute Let's BBQ set by Lawn Fawn:
This one was just fun to make! I colored the ketchup and mustard with my Chameleon markers- quick and easy! :) The papers are a mix of leftovers I had piled up on my desk- aren't they fun together? The tag die, twine, and cardstock are from Stampin' Up!
It's fun to share this one, too! The bright colors are so cheerful!

Tribal Card for Waffle Flower
Hi! It's day three of release week over at Waffle Flower Crafts! We are featuring the Tribal Bear Stamp Set and Tribal Pattern Die. This die is so cool! It almost covers a full card front:
I diecut mine out of tan cardstock and then layered a rainbow behind it. I adhered it to my card at a bit of a diagonal and embellished with the pretty gold embossed feathers and a vellum tag. The feathers are from the Tribal Bear Stamp Set, the hola is from the DT Mix Stamp Set and the tag is from Surface-Tag Die-Starter Kit.
Isn't it cool? I love it! Pop over to the Waffle Flower Blog to see what the other designers created with it!

A Good Stuff Card For Waffle Flower
Hello! I have a fun card featuring some awesome new stamps from Waffle Flower Crafts to share with you today! This one features the new Good Stuff Stamp Set and Die as well as the Magical Word Die:
I stamped the outline of the jar and bow from the the Good Stuff Stamp Set. I stamped the background inside of the jar and then added snowflakes from the Magical Stamp Set and Holiday Labels-Merry Stamp Set. I also stamped the colored part of the lid. My colors came from the Winter Blend Ink Pad. I colored my bow red with a Copic marker leaving some white space on purpose to match the rest of the design. I diecut everything out using the Good Stuff Die.
To add a little sparkle, I diecut the Magical Word Die from silver glitter paper. I love this stuff! :) I also splattered glue and glittered it on my background for even more sparkle!
I have always loved jar stamp sets so of course the Good Stuff Stamp Set is right up my alley! I can think of so many fun ways to use this one! Pop over to the Waffle Flower Blog to see what the rest of the team did with it and the other sets out today!
